At the Cleveland Grooming Academy we offer different levels of discounts that can fit all budgets and grooming needs. While providing any service to a pet, every student is under the constant supervision of an instructor.
All Paw Packages listed below are for student grooming services only.*
*We proudly offer an additional 5% off to all military and first responders.

To receive our 30% off discount clients must pre-book for every 4-5 weeks. All clients at this level receive the services listed under silver and gold paw packages, plus the following:
-Priority booking
-Free nail trims between each grooming appointment
-50% off baths between each grooming appointment
- One dog safe treat for each pet on scheduled appointment day

To receive 20% off all grooming services, clients must pre-book for every 6-8 weeks. Each groom will include services listed under silver paw package, plus the following:
-Tooth brushing
-Upgraded coconut conditioning treatment
-Half off nail trims between all grooming appointments

To receive 10% off all grooming services, clients must pre-book for every 8+ weeks. Each groom will include the following services:
-Basic two rinse bath
-Basic conditioning treatment
-Nail trim and file
-Ear cleaning (plucking upon request)
-15 minute brush out
-Haircut (if applicable)
-Bandana
-Pet safe cologne
Requirements for Student Grooming
Requirements for Student Grooming
-Must be between the ages of 10 weeks and 10 years old.
-Must be current on the rabies vaccination.
-Must be able to stand for 3-4 hours of grooming processes. Pets will be given breaks between each step.
-We ask that pets are not overly aggressive or have severe behavioral issues.

New clients will automatically receive our Gold Paw Package.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation and No Show Policy
As a courtesy to our clients, we send out two reminder text messages or emails prior to all appointments.
Please know, our students rely on all appointments to practice and refine their skills during the 10 weeks of classes. If a client does not show up for their appointment or cancels less than 6 hours before their time slot, that takes away from the student's lesson for the day. It will also take away an appointment from a pet that needs our care.
New Client Policy: New clients that cancel 12 hours or less from their appointment time or do not show will be charged a full groom price before being allowed to schedule again. This charge is NOT applied to the next appointment's charges.
Full priced grooms are not the discounted groom price you may have been quoted.
Returning Customer Policy: Returning clients that cancel 6 hours or less from their appointment time or do not show up will be charged $35.00 before booking their next appointment. This charge is NOT applied to the next appointment's charges.
Clients (new or returning) that fail to cancel 6 hours or less before their appointments or do not show for (2) appointments will be removed from our clientele list.
Instructor Grooming
Instructor Grooming
If you are interested in having your pet groomed by one of our instructors please call for specific booking details. Pets booked with instructors are groomed in conjunction with grooming lessons, so we still will ask for 3-4 hours per service. This allows the proper time for students to observe and ask questions throughout all stages of your pet's grooming experience. Spots are limited and no discounts are currently offered with these services.
Pricing: $55.00 per hour
Hourly charges only apply while instructors are actively working on your pet. (Washing, drying, grooming), not kennel or rest times.
Cat Grooming
Cat Grooming
All cat grooms are performed by an instructor and include the following:
-Two rinse bath
-Blow dry
-Ear cleaning
-Nail trim
-Haircut
-Cat safe cologne
Haircut pricing ranges from $100- $135*
Bath pricing ranges from $65- $85 *
*Pricing will be determined by cat's coat type and condition, temperament, and complexity of haircut.
