As a courtesy to our clients, we send out two reminder text messages or emails prior to all appointments.
Please know, our students rely on all appointments to practice and refine their skills during the 10 weeks of classes. If a client does not show up for their appointment or cancels less than 6 hours before their time slot, that takes away from the student's lesson for the day. It will also take away an appointment from a pet that needs our care.
New Client Policy: New clients that cancel 12 hours or less from their appointment time or do not show will be charged a full groom price before being allowed to schedule again. This charge is NOT applied to the next appointment's charges.
Full priced grooms are not the discounted groom price you may have been quoted.
Returning Customer Policy: Returning clients that cancel 6 hours or less from their appointment time or do not show up will be charged $35.00 before booking their next appointment. This charge is NOT applied to the next appointment's charges.
Clients (new or returning) that fail to cancel 6 hours or less before their appointments or do not show for (2) appointments will be removed from our clientele list.
